Meet Isha Lallsa
Isha’s journey into mindfulness began at 15, when she picked up her first book on the subject and felt an immediate connection. From that point on, personal growth, awareness, and inner work became a steady thread in her life.
In high school, she created the Self-Cultivation Club as a space for her peers to explore mindfulness, gratitude, and yoga philosophy together. It was her first experience sharing these practices, and a glimpse into what would later become her life’s work.
She went on to pursue a career in real estate, gaining experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. But even then, mindfulness remained her anchor. Over time, she felt called back to what she truly loved—guiding others in slowing down, reconnecting, and finding clarity within themselves.
Now a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, Isha leads wellness experiences that help individuals bring mindfulness off the mat and into their everyday lives.
